Before marketing, I worked as a paramedic, including helicopter emergency response. That work taught me to listen carefully, assess what was happening, and understand the person before deciding how to help.
In 2001, a serious fall gave me time to rethink the life I wanted. I eventually traded city life for an abandoned sawmill on 164 acres in Québec’s Gatineau Hills, where I built an off-grid home and a collection of businesses.
Today, my work connects those experiences. Whether I’m helping a law firm explain its expertise or designing an outdoor experience, I start with the same question: what do these people actually need?
